PALE 340 Healthcare Law and Compliance– 3 hour credits – This course is designed to provide paralegals with the skills necessary to assist lawyers who practice in the healthcare field. The field of healthcare law and compliance covers diverse areas: contracts, tax, antitrust, civil litigation, criminal law, and administrative law.
