PALE 234 Arbitration –3 hour credits –This course will examine arbitration practice, the responsibilities of an arbitrator, and the variety of contexts in which arbitration plays a role. The law related to arbitration, such as judicial review, enforcement of arbitral awards, arbitrability, and the role of contract law, is a major topic of study.
