Academic Withdrawal
The University's Registrar may administratively withdraw/ drop a student from a course or courses for academic reasons such as, but not limited to, the following: academic dismissal, academic probation, academic suspension, extended academic probation, and unapproved credit overload. The student may also be removed from a course for which all pre-requisites have not been acceptably completed. An academic drop/withdrawal will be processed according to the established drop/withdrawal deadlines. A grade of “W” will be assigned in the case of a withdrawal. The student’s GPA will not be affected.
