The IT Help Desk is Leighton’s dedicated single point of contact for technology support to all students, faculty, and staff of the University. We dedicate our service and are committed to delivering quality customer service and technical solutions in support of the University’s mission.
Any critical Incident or Service Request should be initiated by calling the IT Help Desk directly. Other technical problems can be reported via email at [email protected].
Need Immediate Help?
Please Call Us! Our after-hours help desk is available beyond our regular walk-in service hours. Our after-hours agents will handle calls regarding Canvas, account issues, and other emergencies. All other non-emergency requests will be referred to and handled by Leighton IT staff during regular business hours.
