General Information

The Student Accounts area provides expertise on electronic bills created by the university. Our staff is happy to assist with billing inquiries, finance plans, collecting payments, processing payments, updating address information, and other contact information. Other responsibilities include mailing bills, issuing refunds, and maintaining payment plans.

All tuition, mandatory fees, and other university related charges are electronically billed directly to the student.

Our office works closely with the Office of Registrar, Office of Admissions, Office of Advancement and Partnership Relations, among others, to provide students and parents with a helpful, friendly experience when completing administrative and financial tasks.

The Student Accounts Office communicates with students using the Official University email account ([email protected]). Messages from our office are often time-sensitive and should be reviewed as soon as possible to determine if action from the students is required.
