Suppose you do not have a credit card/debit card. In that case, you may purchase a pre-paid/reloadable debit or credit card at any store of your convenience. The pre-paid card can then be used to make payments online via MyLeighton.

It is critical that you maintain your pre-paid/reloadable debit or credit card in a secure location and do not destroy it after use. Applicable refunds are issued to the same card used for payment; therefore, if the card is destroyed, you may not be able to access your refund.
